Emotions are basically the feelings of joy, fear, sorrow, love, hate etc. Emotions create the reaction of feelings. If that reaction goes to the extreme level, then there is the serious problem. People can easily judge that what kind of person you are! and How you will react in a particular situation. Then they can use you through emotional blackmailing.
Steps to control EMOTIONS:
1: Don't react right away
Reacting immediately to emotional triggers is the biggest mistake. If you react immediately, you will do or say something that you'll later regret. So don't get panic. Take a deep breath and continue to breath for five minutes. That will surely help you to control your emotion and you'll become calmer. Think that this is just temporary.
2: Start the day in a positive mood
If you start your day in a positive mood, your whole day will be good infact great. Try being as nice and positive to everybody and set yourself simple little tasks during the day.
3: Talk about how you feel
Talk about your feeling with someone you trust like your bestie or your mom. If you don't want to share it with anyone then you can talk about it even with your pillow or pet. You can use mirror, Stand infront of mirror and start sharing all the problem. Trust me, you'll feel light.
4: Change your perspective
If still all the negative emotions come then change the way you see the world. Be positive all the time. Forget about the negative side. Accept the reality, don't get worry about the things you can't change.
5: Divert your mind
Whenever the negative emotions are trying to approach you, divert your mind. Try to be busy in some work or hang out with your friends. You'll eventually forget that tensions and can control your emotions easily.
